Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to oversee all aspects of the organization's financial management functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial management roles.

  • Financial Management:
    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
    • Develop, monitor, and control budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
    • Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax filings, labour laws, and other statutory obligations.
    • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies for audits, inspections, and filings.
  • Cash Flow Management:
    • Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure financial stability and liquidity.
    • Oversee investments, fund allocations, and working capital management.
  • Risk Management and Internal Controls:
    • Establish, review, and strengthen internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
    • Conduct regular financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Strategic Financial Planning:
    • Assist in formulating long-term business strategies by providing financial insights and analysis.
    • Evaluate potential investments, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic opportunities.

Our competitive salary range is Rs. 800,000 - Rs. 1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
