Assistant Vice Principal

  • A key aspect of this role is to design and implement optimized timetables, ensuring effective utilization of infrastructure and human resources.
  • The Assistant Vice Principal will coordinate the preparation and distribution of essential information among students, including study details, examination schedules, and guidelines.
  • This position requires timely completion of enrollment processes for new students and maintaining accurate institutional data on teaching, learning, staff, examinations, and academic programs.
  • Fostering a collaborative environment is essential by conducting regular meetings with teaching and non-teaching staff to address challenges and explore solutions.
  • Engaging with students to gather feedback on the teaching-learning process and conducting examinations are also crucial tasks.
  • Collaboration with the Principal and Dean is necessary to prepare for expert committee visits and organize training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Promoting the institute's programs through career awareness seminars in various regions is another important responsibility.
  • Eligibility Criteria:
  • i. A Ph.D. degree is mandatory.
  • ii. The candidate should have 15 years of teaching/research/administration experience as a Professor/Associate Professor in universities, colleges, or higher education institutions.
