Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to perform key tasks on our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders in an efficient manner.
  • Process and manage customer orders, including handling returns, exchanges, and refunds with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Act as the main point of contact for shipping vendors, working closely with them to track and resolve delivery issues.
  • Identify and proactively resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
  • Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers at all times.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Proven experience 1-2 years working in e-commerce operations or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in tasks performed.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, enabling seamless task execution.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
