They will be responsible for developing and executing engaging campaigns across various platforms, fostering collaboration with stakeholders, and tracking analytics to refine their approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Content Creation

  • Develop and curate high-quality content (posts, stories, videos, blogs) that resonates with the target audience
  • Promote our brand identity and messaging across all digital channels

Community Engagement

  • Create and implement strategies to grow and engage a diverse online community of educators
  • Foster meaningful relationships with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders

Analytics and Tracking

  • Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and insights

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital communications, social media management, or content creation

Skills

  • Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language for effective outreach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
