Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated marketing professional to support brand building efforts on our solution-area(s) under the Kapiva portfolio of products.

The successful candidate will cover creative thinking, data analysis & executional support to help the brand achieve its business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Understanding: Analyze target audience, their triggers and barriers, competitive landscape, etc.
  • New Products Development (NPD): Assist in communication development across touchpoints like product display pages, D2C store, CRM touchpoints, marketplaces, etc.
  • Communication Development: Manage consumer touchpoints - social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaign, etc.
  • Data Analytics: Drive measurement & learnings for various marketing initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with POCs across the marketing team, cross-functional teams and external partners/agencies/vendors.
  • Offline Understanding: Conduct market visits to track offline business health metrics like Distribution across different store formats, ECO/Unique ECO, Primary & Secondary Revenue, Visibility and Planogramming.
  • Support portfolio management, sales support, customer service, etc. to drive product/therapy success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, business administration or related field.
  • Experience in handling Offline channel is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Highly motivated & Self-driven, enthusiastic team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possess passion for building a consumer brand.
