Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Brand Designer located in Surat. As the Senior Brand Designer, you'll lead the creation of comprehensive brand identities and develop design systems that support the overall brand language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Identity Development: Design and implement comprehensive brand identities across all touchpoints.
  • Design Systems Creation: Develop and maintain effective design systems to enhance brand consistency.
  • Creative Direction: Oversee photoshoots and videography to ensure high-quality visual content.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Design Consultancy: Provide expert advice on design-related matters, including spatial design.
  • Packaging Solutions: Design innovative packaging solutions that enhance brand visibility.
  • Editorial and Publication Design: Create engaging editorial and publication content.
  • Web and Digital Design: Develop effective web and digital designs that align with brand objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Experience in Brand Identity Design, Web Design, Editorial and Publication Design, and Packaging Solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Surat and lead projects independently.
