We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Research Associate to support our global team in delivering exceptional results for senior mandates across APAC and the Middle East.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in creating detailed market maps and talent pipelines, conducting introductory and screening calls with senior candidates, and delivering in-depth research and insights on firms, markets, and talent pools.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with top-tier strategy consulting firms or comparable executive search environments, and possess exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to produce structured, actionable insights. Fluency in English is required, with additional Asian or Middle Eastern languages a plus.

You will work closely with our leadership team to deliver high-quality results, and be part of a growing firm with a strong reputation across APAC & ME markets. This is an opportunity to grow your career in executive search and make a real impact in supporting global partner-level hiring.
