Job Title: Associate Vice President

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Associate Vice President in our Corporate & Public Affairs department. This position requires a strong understanding of Indian decision-making processes and stakeholder dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a Strategic Partner: Collaborate with clients to identify policy challenges and opportunities, providing expert advice and support.
  • Oversee Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on various policy issues, reporting relevant developments and drafting briefings, reports, and updates.
  • Lead Team Initiatives: Guide the team in organizing and preparing materials for meetings, events, and other client/stakeholder/media engagement activities.
  • Pitch New Business Opportunities: Develop and execute pitches to secure new business opportunities, leveraging expertise on policy and trade.
  • Support Client Deliverables: Produce high-quality deliverables, including concise public affairs briefings, and ensure seamless project implementation.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 9+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in public affairs, either as a consultant, corporate resource, or in relevant NGOs, associations, or private firms.
  • Relevant Educational Background: Degree in political science, communications, international relations, law, or other relevant fields.
  • Excellent Analytical and Written Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and communicate effectively through written reports and briefings.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude, self-learning aptitude, and ability to work effectively in dynamic teams.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Proactive approach, willingness to take initiative, and capacity to develop and maintain a network of key stakeholders.
