Regional Product Implementation Manager

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of group health insurance solutions for enterprise clients, translating insurance product configurations into live client implementations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Lead implementation of group insurance products, engaging with clients to capture requirements and translate plan designs into technical portal specifications.
  • Deliver product demonstrations to client stakeholders, designing, documenting, and validating plan configurations for application configuration teams.
  • Oversee configuration quality through testing, audits, and QA processes, collaborating with technology teams on integrations and acting as the regional point of contact for internal business stakeholders and clients.
  • Provide oversight to configuration specialists, including task allocation and performance monitoring, and mentor team members to share best practices for scalable implementations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years of experience in insurance product implementation in B2B, configuration, or solution delivery.
  • Prior experience with complex group health/benefits insurance implementations is mandatory.
  • Strong exposure to B2B health insurance platforms and enterprise client rollouts, with a bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, business, or a related field, and PMP/PMI-ACP or SAFe Product Owner/Manager certification.
