  • 3-8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle PeopleSoft (HRMS, FSCM, or other modules).">
  • Proficiency in PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, etc.).">
  • Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and integration technologies.">
  • Experience in upgrades, customizations, and end-to-end implementations.">
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.">
