Job Title: Peoplesoft DeveloperJob Description:

We are seeking a skilled Peoplesoft Developer/Analyst to support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor and custom-built modules.

This role is responsible for production support and application enhancements, including requirements definition and analysis, technical design, development and testing.

The successful candidate will work with functional users to understand and document business requirements, perform system analysis, and identify the potential impact of proposed application changes on other modules within the application.

Key responsibilities include creating and updating technical specification documents, designing and building solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines, documenting and executing test cases, and performing quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members.

Analyze, design, code and implement changes to resolve break/fix production issues, and provide appropriate communication related to these issues as outlined in a service level agreement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, including PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, DMS Scripts.
  • Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above.
  • Functional and Technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America and Time and Labor.
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem solving and analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work Experience and Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Linux and the following PeopleSoft development tools: Integration Broker, Component Interface.
  • Experience in PeopleSoft production support.
  • Experience with HCM Tax Updates, PUM Image Updates, and PeopleTools Upgrades.
  • Ability to work with both technical and functional resources to ensure business requirements are satisfied.
  • Well organized, pays attention to detail and prioritizes workload to meet deadlines.
