Seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to lead client projects and design tailored solutions. This is a key role in our team, requiring strong expertise in Workday implementation and configuration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements from clients and define project scope for successful delivery.
  • Create customized Workday configurations to meet client needs.
  • Conduct workshops with clients to validate requirements and provide training on Workday functionality.
  • Test and troubleshoot Workday implementations to ensure high-quality results.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday solutions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday implementation and configuration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday functional areas, including Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll.
  • Excellent technical and functional skills across Workday modules.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies and features.
