A center of excellence in human capital management is seeking a highly skilled technical consultant to implement and support Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. The ideal candidate will have experience in Workday HCM, with a strong technical background and expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and other Workday technical tools.

The responsibilities include collaborating with partners to gather integration requirements and understand business needs, designing and developing complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, implementing and maintaining integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards, troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, creating technical documentation, and staying up-to-date with Workday updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with partners to gather integration requirements and understand business needs.
  • Design and develop complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio.
  • Implement and maintain integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Workday Integrations Consultant with a focus on Workday Studio.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
