Job Description

This role requires a highly skilled professional to manage employee data and ensure the smooth operation of various insurance policies.

We are seeking an individual who can build relationships with clients and insurers, utilizing strong analytical skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining employee data for clients, overseeing group mediclaim, group term life, EDLI, WC, and group accident policies.

They will also coordinate with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, corrections through endorsements, and CD reconciliations.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely updates in the system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain employee data for clients.
  • Oversee Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, correction through endorsements, and CD reconciliations.
  • Maintain endorsement tracker and ensure timely updates in system.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with insurance policy management systems.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
