IT Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our server infrastructure and administer the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Server Management:
  • Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers.
  • Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity.
  • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing.
  • Apply patches, updates, and security configurations.

Security and Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

ServiceNow Administrator:

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT Service Management modules.
  • Configure and optimize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards within ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows, Linux).
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Bonus Skills:

  • Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Containerization experience (Docker).
  • Automation tool proficiency (Ansible, Puppet).
