Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Partner Engagement: Serve as a trusted point of contact for key prospects, clients, and partners, converting conversations into lasting relationships.
  • Insights & Reporting: Track outcomes, measure impact, and prepare concise reports to inform founder decisions.
  • Project Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for specific initiatives, whether growth experiments, customer success projects, or strategic partnerships.
  • Quality & Standards: Continuously audit and raise the bar on customer experience, service delivery, and internal processes.
