Job Description

This role requires a professional with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage and nurture client relationships.

As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be responsible for translating client briefs into actionable items for different departments, handling client engagements with the client team, articulating brand requirements and communicating internally, managing operational job requirements, minute meetings clearly, following up with internal teams for timely delivery, disseminating information internally, and being the brand custodian.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Client Servicing Executive or equivalent
  • Prior experience working in an agency
  • Experience working with BFSI/Fintech clients (preferable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual
  • Able to maintain composure in stressful situations
  • Good listening skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
