Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ticketing operations specialist to manage our company's night shift ticketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticketing Operations: Book, cancel, reschedule, and manage domestic and international tickets efficiently.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift hours.
  • System Handling: Work on GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for reservations and ticket issuance with accuracy.
  • Coordination: Liaise with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations and meet deadlines.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate transaction logs and prepare daily reports with detailed analysis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in airline ticketing or travel services is required.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is necessary. Certification is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of fare rules, airline ticketing policies, and international routing is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a night shift setup is crucial.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Candidates based in Udaipur will be given preference due to their proximity to our location.
  • Experience handling night shift operations is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with visa regulations, baggage policies, and travel restrictions will be an added benefit.
