Operations and Project Management Professional

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Operations and Project Management professional to join our team. As an Online Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading internal projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

You will oversee the design, improvement, and maintenance of internal systems, SOPs, and workflows, as well as set up and optimize tools, software, and automations for operational efficiency. Your role will also involve tracking and improving documentation, filing systems, and knowledge hubs.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in operations, systems, and people management, with a strong background in digital marketing and project management skills. You will be fluent in English, highly tech-savvy, analytical, and system-oriented, with experience working within a service-related online business.

As a strategic thinker with long-term planning capabilities, you will be able to lead remote teams with a focus on accountability and performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as well as strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Benefits

This full-time/contract position offers a competitive salary range of INR ₹176K - INR ₹264K/month, depending on experience and qualifications. Must work overlapping hours with US CST, M-F.
