Social Media Strategy Lead

Are you a creative visionary who thinks in Reels, breathes analytics, and lives for building engaging content?

  • Oversee the development and execution of social media strategy, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage and grow our online presence on Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.
  • Mentor and lead a team of content creators, video editors, community managers, and interns to produce high-quality content.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns, influencer partnerships, product launches, and brand activations.
  • Monitor metrics, report growth, and use data insights to inform content and strategy decisions.

Requirements:

  • 3–8 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with a D2C, lifestyle, or beauty brand.
  • A genuine passion for skincare, pop culture, and storytelling.
  • Strong visual acumen, format expertise, and ability to create resonant content.
  • Leadership skills – ability to build, motivate, and mentor a team.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, scheduling software, and content creation briefs.
