Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist to implement and deploy Apptio Targetprocess instance, collaborating with business functions to drive user adoption.

The ideal candidate will have excellent hands-on experience in JavaScript, JSON, and API, as well as strong work ethic and ability to work effectively across diverse teams.

In this role, you will partner with users and stakeholders to identify and address customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and recommend product improvements.

You will also manage engagement with leads to structure and deploy new features and solutions of Apptio, create custom views, reports, and dashboards, and configure integrations with 3rd party products.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4-6 years of work experience in a fast-paced IT environment
  • Ability to manage multiple business units/leads and deliverables
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively across diverse teams
  • Excellent hands-on experience in JavaScript, JSON, and API
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field
  • Knowledge or experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) an added advantage
