We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Cloud Deployment Lead to own the deployment journey of our AI product on Google Cloud.

This role combines cloud engineering expertise with release management discipline. You'll bring clarity during fast-paced AI deployments while building systems that prevent issues before they occur.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end deployment lifecycle, from planning and stakeholder alignment to deployment and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate across Engineering, QA, MLOps, and Product teams to ensure smooth, reliable, and bug-free deployments.
  • Lead CAB reviews and deployment readiness checks to minimize risk.
  • Build and manage automation-first deployment pipelines on Google Cloud (GKE, Cloud Build, Terraform, Python).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud environment or configuration issues during deployments.
  • Develop observability dashboards for real-time visibility into deployment health.

Requirements:

  • Proven deployment management experience, including CAB meetings, Go/No-Go facilitation, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong Google Cloud expertise, including GKE, IAM, Networking, Storage, and Cloud Build.
  • Hands-on skills in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Python automation.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML product deployment cycles is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-team coordination skills.
