">We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support and streamline our daily business functions, internal operations, and vendor coordination.

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.">
- Lead, mentor, and motivate operational teams to achieve performance goals.">
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure accountability.">
- Oversee resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and budgets, to optimize productivity.">
- Monitor financial data and operational expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.">
- Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.">
- Implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.">
- Ensure operations comply with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.">
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate operational risks.">
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.">
- Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.">
- Manage multiple time zones as required.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, with 8-12 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related role.
