Job Title: Senior Manager - Operations

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our operations in the assigned city. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and expanding business operations, with a keen sense of responsibility, initiative, and ability to inspire.

The successful candidate will oversee a wide range of responsibilities, including fleet operations, driver management, customer support, and partnerships with local stakeholders. They will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency and reliability of our transportation services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sustainable growth in their city.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set-up, Lead, and Scale Business Operations in the City
  • Manage and Coach Operations Team Leads
  • Craft and Achieve Business Goals with Regard to Operational Excellence, Profitability, and Driver Experience
  • Work Closely with the Head of Operations to Drive Projects and Resolve Operational Issues
  • Manage City Operations Metrics Dashboard and Ensure Healthy Business and Operational Metrics at All Times

Requirements:

  • A Dynamic Combination of IQ and EQ
  • Ability to Think Strategically and Execute Tactically
  • Minimum of 8 Years of Experience
  • Excellent Communication, Organisation, and Project Management Skills
  • Balance Attention to Detail with Swift Execution
