Community Building and Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our community team in creating a collaborative environment that fosters growth, innovation, and engagement.

This role will involve building relationships with local businesses to plan events and activities that promote community bonding, as well as ensuring the efficient use of CoWrks spaces and facilities.

  • Developing strategies to improve member satisfaction levels through continuous feedback and evaluation.
  • Collaborating with operations teams to optimize space utilization and facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Building a community environment that encourages collaboration among members.
  • Organizing new member introduction brunches and mixers/socials to promote community bonding.
  • Working with local businesses to plan engagement events that benefit the community.
  • Measuring and improving member satisfaction levels through continuous feedback.
Operations Management:
  • Assisting in building policies and procedures for guest registration, security, and building operations.
  • Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the community manager.
Sales and Marketing:
  • Driving auxiliary revenue streams through enhanced member experience and marketing efforts.
  • Working with the marketing team to increase visibility for the location.
  • Managing community member leads and developing tailored marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree. They should be able to operate within the framework set by CoWrks and embody its values and ethos.
