Job Title: Chief Strategic Communications Officer

About the Role:

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our strategic communications efforts. As the Chief Strategic Communications Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling communication strategies that drive engagement and support for our political campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indian politics, history, and current affairs, as well as expertise in YouTube content strategy and SEO. They will possess excellent written and verbal skills in English and Hindi, and be well-versed in managing video production workflows and creative teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with our organizational goals.
  • Oversee the development of engaging content across various platforms, including YouTube, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive subscriber growth and viewership.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply insights to inform future content and campaign strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including creators, influencers, and other thought leaders.
  • Identify and address emerging crises and issues through effective crisis communication planning and response management.
  • Work closely with our leadership team to ensure seamless integration with organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in communications, video production, or channel management, ideally in media, PR, or a political setting.
  • Expertise in YouTube content strategy, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Strong ability to craft compelling narratives for video and manage video production workflows.
  • Excellent English and Hindi written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Duration: Contractual role till June 2026.
