Job Title:

Senior Building Technologist

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will oversee and execute all civil finishing and interior fit-out works, including tiling, painting, false ceilings, joinery, flooring, partitions, waterproofing, etc.
  • Key responsibilities include interpreting and implementing GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, material specifications, and interior layouts for high-rise residential projects.
  • The selected individual will ensure timely execution of work by coordinating with vendors, contractors, architects, and consultants.
  • Additional duties include monitoring daily progress of work, identifying any site issues, and ensuring a snag-free handover at the end of the project.
  • The role also involves preparing and maintaining daily/weekly progress reports, snag lists, and quality checklists.
  • Liaising with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and structural teams to ensure smooth service integration and resolve any integration issues is also essential.
Requirements:
  • B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in finishing work, particularly for high-rise residential projects.
  • Technical knowledge of modern construction materials, detailing, and execution techniques.
  • Familiarity with quality control systems, snagging tools, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Prior experience working on premium interiors and high-spec finishes is preferred.
