About The Role:

  • Lead and guide a team of 2-3 sales executives.
  • Actively reach out to architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders to grow our network.
  • Coordinate effectively with business heads and your sales team for smooth operations and strong follow-ups.
  • Track inquiries, update lead databases, and keep a close eye on sales performance.
  • Build strong client relationships and represent our brand confidently in meetings and presentations.
  • Look for new business opportunities and work strategically to convert leads into long-term clients.
  • This is a field senior sales manager role, which will require regular client visits and on-site meetings.

Who You Are:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in architecture, interiors, real estate, or building materials will be a plus point)
  • Confident communicator with great people skills
  • Organized, self-driven, and comfortable multitasking
  • Comfortable leading a small team and taking initiative
  • Basic familiarity with lead tracking tools or CRM systems is a plus
