About the Role

We're on the hunt for skilled Full-Stack Engineers who are passionate about solving complex problems, crafting clean code, and pushing the boundaries of AI. Your daily tasks will be a mix of hands-on coding, problem-solving, and experimenting with AI models. You'll:

  • Build & optimize AI models with efficient, production-ready code.
  • Evaluate performance by testing and ranking model outputs.
  • Fine-tune models with datasets for SFT and RLHF.
  • Raise the bar with code reviews, testing, and clean documentation.
  • Innovate by developing new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.

We're Looking for Developers Who Are:

We're excited to collaborate with developers who are:

  • Proficient in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Experienced with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Skilled with Docker.
  • Clear communicators who can explain their work in excellent English.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, prompting, fine-tuning).
  • A background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
