AI Systems Architect

Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Systems Architect to lead the design and implementation of large-scale AI agent platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecting and scaling AI systems, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing cost-efficient architecture aligned to the overall vision, ensuring scalability and reliability. They will also implement complex product components, drive innovation and quality, and take ownership of delivery timelines, coordinating engineering teams for successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architecting and Scaling AI Agent Platforms: Design and develop large-scale AI agent platforms that meet the business requirements and ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Implementing Complex Product Components: Develop and implement complex product components that drive innovation and quality.
  • Delivery Timeline Management: Take ownership of delivery timelines and coordinate engineering teams for successful project completion.
  • Product Release Management: Manage product releases and pre-plan infrastructure scaling to meet evolving demands.
  • Team Leadership: Provide clear goals, constructive feedback, and support to the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Code Quality Maintenance: Maintain high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews, ensuring technical integrity.
Requirements
  • Proven Expertise: Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption.
  • Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG) pipelines, including retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, and knowledge graphs.
  • Deep Experience: Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks, driving advancements in natural language processing.
  • Scaling Services: A track record of scaling services to 200K+ Monthly Active Users (MAUs), demonstrating ability to adapt to growing demands.
  • Leadership: 4+ years of engineering experience, with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making, driving strategic initiatives forward.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams, promoting cross-functional success.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, providing a solid foundation for technical expertise.
  • Skills: Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js/React/Angular) is highly valued, enhancing capabilities in software development.
