A leading global commerce and technology enterprise is looking for an experienced Java SRE & DevOps Engineer to support its AI Platform Team.

This role focuses on enhancing large-scale AI/ML infrastructure, empowering researchers and data scientists to innovate at a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and scale AI platform services for cross-functional teams.
  • E nsure high availability (99.999%) of mission-critical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and automate fixes for performance and functional issues.
  • Partner with engineering teams to design CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
  • Deliver automation and operational improvements for reliability and scalability.

Required Skills:

  • Strong development experience in Java and Spring framework.
  • Hands-on expertise with microservices (orchestration, service discovery, APIs).
  • Database skills across SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis).
  • Experience with low-latency, high-throughput web services.
  • Familiarity with metrics systems (Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Strong JVM debugging skills (GC tuning, memory leak detection, thread/heap analysis).
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, Linux fundamentals.
  • Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins), automation, monitoring, and testing frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
