We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Development Leader to manage agent onboarding and field performance in the life insurance segment. The role demands strong leadership, local expertise, and a passion for driving sales through people development.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop life insurance agents in your region.
- Conduct sales planning and performance reviews with your team.
- Drive policy sales through agent motivation and field coaching.
- Ensure smooth documentation, policy issuance, and customer follow-up.
- Handle conflict resolution and encourage long-term agent engagement.
- Monitor daily activity reports and sales numbers.
Ideal Profile:
- Graduate degree must
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Local candidate with good understanding of Delhi markets.
- Confident communicator and natural team leader.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong planning and field monitoring skills.
