Senior Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. This role will involve ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the implementation and execution of automated testing processes.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software quality assurance, with expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, JMX, and BlazeMeter. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automated test scripts using Selenium, JMX, and BlazeMeter.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify test scenarios.
  • Execute test cases and report defects, ensuring they are properly documented and tracked throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure software updates and enhancements do not adversely impact existing functionalities.
  • Continuously enhance and optimize the automated testing framework for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members in the field of quality assurance and automation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and automation testing.
  • Strong proficiency in Selenium, JMX, and BlazeMeter.
  • Familiarity with other testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
  • Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to complex QA challenges.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
