Audit Specialist

We are looking for an exceptional auditing specialist to take on the role of conducting thorough audits, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive audit plans addressing scope, objectives, budgeted hours, resource allocation, and reporting deadlines.
- Complete assigned audits successfully, addressing all objectives, conducting client and status meetings as required, monitoring and reporting on progress, reviewing work papers, and ensuring adequate support for conclusions while adhering to internal documentation standards.
- Monitor assignments for improving efficiency, manage audits in relation to time and resource budgets, and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure that all findings and issues are documented and perform closing procedures accurately.
- Gather and compile information and data effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report-writing skills.
- Establish strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Provide recommendations for strengthening controls.
- Manage ambiguity and constant change, working independently and effectively.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of INDAS and the Companies Act.
- Display analytical and logical reasoning skills, capable of conceptual thinking and visualization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Semi-qualified CA with experience in Statutory Audit during Articleship.
- Proficient knowledge of statutory audit procedures and standards.
- Strong expertise in IGAAP, IND AS, and its practical application.
