Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our beverage service, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Take ownership of resolving any issues that may arise during service.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance operational procedures and promote Hilton hotel services to guests and suppliers.
  • Perform all duties safely and responsibly, ensuring your safety and that of others in the workplace.
  • Greet guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to Hilton's standards, including mixing, garnishing, and presenting drinks.
  • Maintain a proper setup of the bar, including requisitioning, stocking, and organizing all supplies.
  • Handle fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure quality and cut and store them daily.
  • Evaluate guest identification and follow liquor laws, detecting and acting upon guest inebriation as per training.
  • Use the point of sale system accurately to input orders and handle cash, verifying charges and maintaining cash accountability.
  • Lock up and store all beverage, food, and equipment, secure the cash, and execute all cash drops properly.
  • Stay informed about all menu items and confidently recommend them to guests.
  • Be familiar with menu items from all hotel outlets to suggest other dining options or attractions to guests.
  • Clean and maintain all areas according to operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Senior High School education or specialty in hospitality.
  • 1-2 years in a managerial or senior role in a 4/5-star hotel.
  • Good English proficiency to meet business needs.
  • Motivated and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Able to respond positively and quickly to changing requirements.
  • Teamwork and cooperation to achieve team goals.
  • Basic understanding of food and beverage preparation and service, including alcohol.
  • Open-minded, outgoing personality with the ability to work long hours and a positive attitude.
