Digital Enterprise Innovation Leader

As a Digital Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of AXA XL's Digital Factory application with various stakeholders. You will work closely with strategic vendors to implement an optimal and scalable digital factory model.

Key responsibilities include providing management oversight, strategy, and direction to digital delivery squads within the customer journey. You will also provide high-level organization goals and objectives.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders on opportunity identification, issue resolution, and governance. Additionally, you will control and manage budgets for GT spend within your span of control.

Ensure the scope of services, organization model, and key processes required to deliver services are properly executed in line with the overall Factory Model.

Manage relationships from Procurement - Portfolio Managers to suppliers within the Factory model. Support delivery through escalation of risks and issues that cannot be resolved by Digital Delivery squads.

Own end-to-end product/application delivery, support, and maintenance. Define and execute actions plans for concerns raised as a result of audits.

Closely work with Chapters to ensure the performance of resources. Collaborate with Procurement to manage RFI/RFPs, contract negotiations, and delivery of contract terms. Also, manage clean term Solution Delivery Center contracts with vendors who consistently underperform.

Develop business cases for application investments, such as technology upgrades, productivity tools, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Review and approve contracts for a predetermined level of authority. Support delivery through escalation of risks and issues.

Provide audit support for both internal and external assessments. Articulate policies and standards as appropriate and provide all required evidence on a timely basis. Own the completion of any action plans.

Ensure the Solution Delivery Center adheres to Information Security policies and standards for secure coding and manages risk acceptances. You will report to the Head of Digital Factory.

• Significant IT and business/industry work experience in a Digital Factory Model.
• Experience in managing multiple large cross-functional teams or projects.
• Ability to influence senior level management and key stakeholders.
• Demonstrable ability to solve complex problems/issues.
• Excellent communications skills adapted to different audiences.
• Adept at vendor management commercially and interpersonally.
• Ability to articulate problems, create solutions, and present analysis with proper detail and rigor.
• Thought leader in implementing agile practices.
• Expert knowledge of modern application development utilizing Cloud and microservices architecture.
• Ability to design product strategy and roadmap and work within a Digital Factory.
• Experience with User story development personas definition backlog prioritization.
• Ability to measure the success of the product KPIs identification and tracking.
• Advanced experience capability in Financial forecasting and business case justification.
• Must have good understanding of Agile methodology and be familiar with multiple SDLC.
• Previous experience leading development and delivery teams in delivering high quality low defect solutions.
