Senior IT Leader

We are seeking an experienced and visionary IT leader to drive technology strategy, IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and innovation initiatives across the manufacturing sector.

The successful candidate will have a passion for driving digital transformation and possess hands-on technical expertise with a strategic approach.

  • Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business growth plans.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives including Industry 4.0, IoT, process automation, and smart factory solutions.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, enterprise applications (SAP S/4 HANA, HRMS, Robotics IT Systems, MES, SharePoint).
  • Ensure cybersecurity, IT compliance (ISO 27001:2022, TISAX), disaster recovery & business continuity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to implement IT solutions.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing IT team while managing vendors and service providers.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 15–20 years of IT leadership experience with at least 5+ years in senior roles (preferably in manufacturing/automotive).
  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital transformation projects (IoT, RPA, AI, Cloud, Data Analytics).
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and industry standards compliance.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, ITIL, AWS-SAA, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor preferred.
