Job Title: Workday HCM Payroll

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Payroll professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Workday HCM Payroll systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Workday HCM Payroll, including setup and configuration of the application based on client specifications. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage Workday HCM Payroll systems
  • Configure and customize Workday HCM Payroll according to client requirements
  • Provide training and support to clients on Workday HCM Payroll
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT Industry
  • Experience working on enterprise applications or cloud applications such as PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP, SuccessFactor, Oracle Cloud, or Workday
  • Technical expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL or functional expertise in setup and configuration of above mentioned application based on client specifications
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
