We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a key leadership role within our academic and administrative ecosystem.
This pivotal position involves strategic liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring timely compliance with rules and regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to manage establishment, examinations, admissions, and academic records.
Key responsibilities include:
- Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Establish and maintain effective relationships with UGC, State Higher Education Department, AICTE, and other regulatory bodies; ensure timely compliance with rules, regulations, and reporting.
- Academic Administration: Support the registrar in managing establishment, examinations, admissions, and academic records.
- Legal & Policy Matters: Handle legal cases, policy documentation, and institutional governance in line with statutory requirements.
- Meeting & Documentation: Coordinate regulatory meetings (Governing Body, Academic Council, Finance Committee, Board of Studies) and prepare official records.
- HR & Establishment: Oversee service rules, appointments, leave records, promotions, and staff/student grievance redressal.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain administrative databases, generate reports for internal and external audits, NAAC/NIRF/Statutory submissions.
- Supervision & Leadership: Guide administrative staff and ensure smooth functioning of all student/staff-related services.
The ideal candidate should possess expertise in university administration, legal matters related to educational institutions, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
