As an academic guidance expert, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students navigate their higher education journey. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized guidance and support to students in their academic and career development.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders including students, parents, and faculty members. In-depth knowledge of undergraduate admissions to top universities across the globe is essential, as well as excellent written communication skills in English language.

A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks is mandatory, while a Master's degree from an institution in UK, Canada, Australia, or the US is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for this role, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for conducting psychometric and aptitude tests to help students identify their strengths, interests, and career aspirations. Additionally, you will organize career fairs and lectures by experts to enable students to explore various career options.

A comprehensive plan for successful university applications will be created and executed, including guidance on crafting stellar essays and personal statements. Coordination with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of transcripts, letters of recommendation, and other relevant documents will also be required.
