Customer Retention Associate

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Retention Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and driving growth through retention strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to assess customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Gather feedback for product and service improvements, collaborating with internal teams to drive change.
  • Provide insights to maximize platform utilization, analyzing customer behavior and communicating results to management.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive platform adoption, enhancing customer satisfaction and reducing churn.
  • Collaborate with clients to unlock platform potential, generating reports on customer retention metrics and presenting findings to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Superior English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • A graduate degree, preferably in a field related to business or communications.
