Job Title: BI & Data Solutions Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence and Data Solutions Manager to lead our team in developing and maintaining a robust data analytics platform.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, data warehousing, and analytics, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive business intelligence strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives;
  • Leading a team of analysts and developers in designing, building, and maintaining data visualizations, reports, and dashboards;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and optimize data solutions;
  • Ensuring data integrity, consistency, and security across all systems;
  • Driving automation and process improvement in data collection, analysis, and reporting;
  • Staying current with emerging tools and technologies and making recommendations for their adoption;
  • Providing training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related field, with 3+ years in a leadership role;
  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes through data-driven insights;
  • Strong background in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL Server;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
