We're seeking a talented Oracle HCM Cloud Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Engineer, you'll play a critical role in supporting the ongoing maintenance, debugging, and enhancements of our Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Absence Management and Payroll modules.

You'll work collaboratively with functional leads to design solutions and provide Level 3 support to our Payroll and Absence business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex business requirements and produce detailed functional design specifications while following company standards.
  • Provide expert-level functional knowledge to support and enhance the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM systems.
  • Collaborate with functional leads on design decisions and direction.
  • Research and resolve Payroll or Absence issues quickly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Information Technology, or related field required.
  • Typically requires 2-9 years of demonstrated experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM functional Payroll or Absence skill set.
