Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional engineer to lead the migration of automated test equipment (ATE) test programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in migrating complex test programs from various platforms to new environments.

The primary responsibility will be to oversee the migration process, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and tools.

  • Migrate full test programs from source platforms to the target platform.
  • Manage and adapt test methods and flows for the new environment.
  • Utilize C# as the primary programming language for new test programs.
  • Analyze and adapt existing source code written in C++ and other languages.
  • Perform statistical data analysis using tools to ensure proper test program correlation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate migrated test programs into production.

The candidate should exhibit strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 4-7 years of industry experience in IC Test or equivalent.

Preferred candidates will have prior experience with both Teradyne and NI STS platforms, familiarity with statistical data analysis using SAS tools, and knowledge of scripting languages in addition to C++ and C#.
