Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines issued by SEBI, Exchanges and Depositories.
  • This includes understanding of Peak margin, Quarterly settlement, MTF, CUSPA process to address queries/alerts from the Exchange.
  • Additionally, the candidate will handle audits mandated by NSE and BSE, implement latest circulars issued by SEBI/Exchanges/Depositories/PFRDA, and prepare and disseminate Compliance calendar to respective stakeholders.
  • Liaising with Exchange and internal teams will also be a key responsibility.
  • A strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliances is essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
