Job Title: Program Lead

We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Program Lead, who will be at the heart of an AI revolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple project teams consisting of consultants, analysts, data scientists, BI experts, data/ML engineers, etc.
  • Closely engage with client stakeholders and onsite teams; participate in client workshops to identify high-impact business problems that could be solved through AI-based solutions.
  • Translate business problems into clear analytics problem statements and design plans to develop and deploy advanced analytics and data solutions.
  • Own and drive execution of the plan by demonstrating techno-functional consulting & stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Measure and articulate how analytics results improve clients' business & financial metrics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant work experience in delivering advanced analytics, engineering, and BI solutions through analytics consulting.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in working with and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • In-depth understanding of industries related to insurance and healthcare.
  • Ability to translate high-level business problems to an analytics and data problem statement.
  • Experience in scoping, development, validation & deployment of explanatory, predictive, and prescriptive analytic solutions with a product mindset.
