Job Title: Process Training ManagerInternational Voice Process is a critical area of focus for us. As a Process Training Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and mentoring our team to achieve excellence.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
  • Develop and implement effective induction and orientation sessions that cater to the diverse needs of our employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs, providing recommendations for improvement and ROI periodic reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest training trends, methodologies, and best practices, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Training Manager in BPO or tenured Deputy Manager Training in International BPO(Customer service)
  • Experience in International Voice Process is Mandatory
