Senior Azure Infrastructure Specialist

The ideal candidate will oversee the deployment and configuration of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring adherence to best practices for security, scalability, and high availability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and managing various Azure components such as API Management instances, Application Gateways, Virtual Machines, and Azure Functions.
  • Creating and managing APIs, products, policies, users, and subscriptions within APIM.
  • Configuring API security and handling versioning, revisions, and environment promotions.
  • Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
  • Automating API imports, policy updates, and infrastructure changes while monitoring platform health using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to take on a senior role in shaping our cloud infrastructure strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Level 2-3 support by triaging incidents, troubleshooting API/policy issues, and escalating when necessary. They will also design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient integration solutions across internal and external systems using SnapLogic with APIM.

Achieving excellence in this role requires excellent documentation skills to maintain infrastructure, CI/CD, and API documentation, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective incident resolution strategies.
