Cloud Architect Advisory Job Description

This role involves guiding customers in designing and implementing their SAP landscape on the SAP RISE platform. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and create a to-be landscape architecture that meets their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review technical accuracy of Bill Of Material to validate product selection.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team on Bill Of Material to confirm selected product availability.
  • Analyze Early Watch Reports & Technical Data to validate hardware selection/ sizing.
  • Work closely with Sales Team on architecture, landscape, and to-be.
  • Sizing the to be Landscape for Migrations.
  • Prepare Technical Assessments to discuss with Customer and explain about their to-be landscape.
  • Conduct Technical Assessments with customers.
  • Perform workshops with customer (networking, HA concepts, RACI reviews).
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in REX (SAP Basis, SAP HANA, and S/4 HANA skills), migration/upgrades, and experience on any cloud (AWS, MS Azure, GCP). They should also possess good communication skills and be able to articulate complex ideas clearly.

A strong background in customer-facing roles is essential, as the successful candidate will need to work closely with customers throughout the sales cycle.
