Key Responsibilities

  • Capture, analyze, and document business requirements for Credit Risk Stress Testing and Projections, risk models, regulatory, and internal reporting.
  • Provide a link between the requirements team and the business process and testing teams to ensure consistency of approach and efficient cross-workstream communication.
  • Engage and support additional stakeholders who may need to contribute to the overall project deliverables.
  • Undertake data analysis tasks to establish reasons for data and process gaps, help with data and outputs reconciliation, and regression testing and analysis supporting testing (FT & UAT) and overall delivery of the solution.
  • Participate in preparation and execution of user training.
  • Support the project manager with risk identification, risk reporting, and project risks mitigation.
  • Contribute to impact assessment activities and work effort assessments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis and working within large programs.
  • Demonstrated flexibility across multiple domains and functional areas.
  • Structured analytical approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Working across cultures and in matrixed organizational structures.
  • Recognized numerate University Degree (or equivalent).
  • SAS certification (good to have).
